The ASBFEO can guide you through dispute resolution process under the Code or help you find an ADR practitioner. The best way to contact us is by completing an online form. If the matter is urgent, you can phone us on 1300 650 460.

Your franchising agreement may contain information about a retail tenancy or lease agreement. If you have a dispute about your retail tenancy or lease, this type of dispute may fall outside the scope of the Code and have a dispute pathway through a state-based service such as a Small Business Commissioner’s office.  We can guide to the appropriate help if you lodge your dispute through our online form.
