Emergency procedures
All hub users must read and acknowledge the emergency evacuation signs and procedures for the building.
All hub users must follow directions from the emergency floor wardens during an evacuation.
A Defibrillator is located outside of reception near the lifts in the foyer.
In an emergency
- Call triple zero (000) for police, fire or ambulance
- Call ASBFEO on 02 5114 6100 or ring the doorbell located next to the ASBFEO office entry door at reception
- Alternatively, call the Treasury security control room on 02 6263 3197 and ensure you advise them you are located on level 2, 15 Moore Street.
Accessing the Hub
This Hub space is located on Level 2, 15 Moore Street, Canberra City, adjacent to the Office of the Australian Small Business and Family Enterprise Ombudsman (ASBFEO).
Opening hours are from Monday to Friday from 8:30am until 5:30pm.
IMPORTANT: On the front counter at reception, please ensure you sign-in and out of the visitor/hub register each visit.
You will be issued with a single-use access pass each visit to access the hub space. The pass will allow you entry via ASBFEO Reception or through the back door near the bathrooms.
Hub passes must be returned at the end of your visit in the “Pass Return” box located at the reception counter and can be re-issued on the day of your next visit.
Note: You are responsible to keep the hub pass securely. Lost passes may incur a cost.
If you should lose your pass, you MUST notify ASBFEO immediately so it can be cancelled.
- Hub users and their organisation are responsible for their members and guests’ behaviour whilst using the Hub.
- Any damages caused must be advised to ASBFEO immediately.
- Office furniture and IT equipment MUST not be moved from desks or offices.
- Hub users should be respectful of other businesses using the space as it is an open plan office.
- Desk filing cabinets can be requested should a hub user need to store non valuable business and personal belongings for short term use.
- Hub users that have booked consecutive days should pack away their belongings in the provided desk filing cabinet draw after each visit to ensure a clean desk policy is met and the office remains tidy.
- Please clean up the kitchen after use (including putting on the dishwasher if used)
- ASBFEO is not responsible for any damages or theft of personal/business items – do not leave your items unattended.
Please remember to take all your personal belongings with you when you leave.

Catering
Instant Tea and coffee are available in the hub kitchen.
All meeting / catering costs must be arranged and paid for by the Hub user. ASBFEO can provide recommendations of local small catering businesses if required.
